How to get support from TechCertain?
TechCertain are developers of insurance software. TechCertain are not insurance brokers.
Questions on your insurance have to be addressed by calling or emailing your broker.
If you are having a technical issue logging on or receiving an error message please either:
1. file a ticket using the Helpdesk feature - in top menu bar. This is the BEST option. Hepldesk tickets are automatically notified to the TechCertain team
or
2. call +6493776564 and leave a voicemail message - voice mail messages are sent to the team working at the time by email.
PLEASE NOTE:
We only allow for images to be uploaded in Helpdesk tickets. This is for security reasons.
Documents can be provided once we convert the ticket to a TASK. You can reply to a TASK attaching documents.
